any superOEM deck such as reloop 6000 mk6, stanton st(r8)-150, citronic 45d, etc.

these are all basically the same but with some distinct features and branding. they are also in the same league as the technics (some consider the stantons to be higher) but at a lower cost

  3. BJJLH Says:

can anyone please tell me some nice tracks- to scratch on.. i mean, i find it difficult to scratch over normal tracks and even accapella,, ( im just started )

  8. kevjones93 Says:

no man, wd40 and similar products dont rust, they actually prevent rusing

  9. turnipBLAH Says:

Numarks (the TT series) often go for a lot less.

  10. beforezero Says:

and wd40 and other kero based lubricants promote rust among other things

  11. 32JSE Says:

@someonex011 Stanton’s probably would be the key if you wanna scratch and not pay for technics. I got Numark TT-1650 and it’s not very good at scratching, but you can do a few things with it.

  12. woolensheep192 Says:

i got myself a pair of stanton str8-80 (yes i know they have stopped producing them) and they look a lot like technics

  13. saxovtsclub Says:

buy some second hand 1210s mk2’s pick em up for a pair with a mixer for like 300

  14. Giomuso Says:

    Check out Stanton

  15. coollucifer Says:

@someonex011 Try synq xtreme one they are about 300 euro’s a piece and are imho at least as good as sl 1200’s

  16. someonex011 Says:

technics cost alot, could someone tell me some other turntables that do not cost ass much?

  17. BrokeandCopa Says:

@BSYcrew yes but the pack won’t be good for learning to scratch because it is belt driven which is a nightmare for turntabalist. when you develop your skill you may want to invest in Technics SL 1200 which is direct drive. Save money and learn the basics. The first true step in my humble opinion for any DJ is to become a “digger” find music appreciate different sounds built your collection whether its mp3’s or vinyl. Learn to blend ! WE ARE DJ NOT JUKEBOX! = ) Good Luck to You !

  18. ShadowFootman Says:

    i got that too, lols

  19. audioh0lic Says:

just something: lubricant in your faders: No No. The lubricant will attract dust like mad. and dust and faders are not a good match.

  20. gibson2294 Says:
