There probably would be one in a million, who could actually pick up a guitar and start to play without even thinking about it, but this is a very rare individual, with a gift that doesn’t come along very often. If you are one of these people, consider yourself very fortunate. The rest of us have to take the time and more time and more practicing, before we can get to the point where our skill and the speed which we desire to have, comes without thinking about it too much.
We will need such helps as metronomes and knowledge which can be practically applied to our everyday practicing. Many young guitar players, when they first start and have a guitar in their hands, dream of the time that they too will be able to have their fingers flying across the fretboard, with the speed of lightning. This kind of playing will indeed blow the speakers and the ears of the people, who happen to be listening, as they think that the louder the better.
To be a speedy player on the guitar, you will develop fingers which bleed at some point, more dedication to the craft than you are capable of right now, the patience to overcome all the obstacles which might come in your way and lots of hard work, repeated over and over again. Speed does not come overnight, so don’t get discouraged, in time it will happen for you.
There is so much to learn, before you become a virtuoso on the guitar, and the time it takes to learn all these things, takes effort and endurance on your part. In time you will develop that trained ear, that you so want to have, with the skills and the speed that will come along for you too. Your rhythm will improve and everything else will also, but be very patient with yourself and don’t give up too soon.
Backing tracks will help you on your journey to play a better guitar. The tempo that will help you to improve your speed, will be applied so that it will also make it so much more fun for your practice time. Bringing to perfection, these skills, will happen with these tracks, by hearing the background with the professional backup that you need and you will find that you won’t get so bored with the practice times, compared to doing it all by yourself.
When you have mastered the scales and your own techniques, then you need to use a metronome, set it at the speed and tempo which is comfortable for you and then you will find that it improves your speed tremendously. Your accuracy will definitely improve with using the metronome, and you will find that your skills, will so readily all come together for you. Just playing fast, will not mean that you have achieved anything, if the notes are all wrong.

If you have always had a desire to play a musical instrument, the guitar is one that is selected by many people. The guitar is easy to carry along and is always appropriate either as part of a jam session or individually. Many musical styles from jazz to blues to country use a guitarist. What many people do not realize is that you can download guitar lessons from the Web and learn how to play. You will have to set aside time to practice.
Finding the right website or guitar teacher should be done with care. You will need to decide the type of guitar you want to play and the style of music that you enjoy. The style of teaching the instrument may be different for some teachers than for others. You should know what your preferred learning style is in order to pick the type of instruction that works best for you.
A person who learns by visual means will prefer to watch a teacher demonstrate a chord and then can reproduce the chord shape on the strings. A person who learns best by hearing an explanation or a note played is an audio learner. Each of these learning styles must incorporate “finger memory” so that chords can be remembered by the fingers as a shape.
While not all teachers emphasize the importance of music theory, some background is helpful to get into some of the intermediate and advanced skills. Transposing music is easier if you know the theory behind the skill.
Music theory is also helpful in learning about timing and strum patterns. Since the guitar is noted for keeping to a rhythm in a band or group, it’s important for the player to understand note values and timing of the played notes as well as the rests. If the lesson site or tutorial materials have exercises where the guitarist can play along with the teacher, it will help to gain understanding of the notes and the way they are to be played.
Only practice will create proficiency in playing the guitar. The player needs to move from chord to chord smoothly. Don’t believe the hype on a website that tells you that you can be playing like an expert in a few days.
Download guitar lessons from a reputable website and you can learn how to play. Getting the basics is not difficult, but you must practice in order to become comfortable playing in front of others. Allow practice time daily and soon you will be providing musical entertainment for friends, fans and family members.
You can now learn how to play guitar if you are merely willing to put in the practice time. Get the inside skinny in our complete download guitar lessons overview on http://www.download-guitar-lessons.info

You need to understand that there are a few different reasons that you might decide to go this route over some of the other popular options that you have. This article is actually going to give you a little bit of a heads up concerning this method and why it could be one of your very best options to make the learning process a little bit easier on you.
The good thing about this option, is that it is something that you will be able to watch again and again. The trouble with learning how to play the guitar is that people get hung up at different places along the road, and it might be nice to have something that you could watch over and over until you were confident enough in what you were playing to keep it rolling. Having a class of people means that different people are getting hung up at different points, which can make the success rate significantly lower.
Most classes require you to join a group of people that are all trying to learn to play guitar right along with you. You move at a collective pace throughout the process, and there is little time to wait around for individuals to catch up with the progress of the group’s majority. If you were to simply download the lessons that you wanted, you would be able to watch your problematic parts as often as you need to until you can comfortably move on.
This also means that you get to work from home. This can be a little bit easier for people that might be a little shy, or have a really busy schedule. By learning guitar from home, there are no time limits or run times. So no matter when you can learn, downloaded lessons will be waiting for you. The best part is, no one has to hear you through the awkwardness of learning.
Downloading lessons will likely also be cheaper. If you look around the internet you can find many credible guitar learning lessons for a reasonable price. This would sure beat the cost of a class setting as was discussed earlier, and it would really beat the private lessons aspect that other people sometimes choose.
So when it comes to why you might download guitar lessons, there are actually several different reasons. I’m sure you can think of more reasons than just what you see here, but this should give you a little bit of insight as to why this is a good method for learning to play guitar.

To begin with you better make sure that you know the music that your going to be playing totally you don?t want to be fumbling for cords or tunes half way through your solo. Once you have practiced the same tune over and over again it then gives you the ability to play it without even having to give it much thought this is the point you must get to before you start to dramatize your techniques where they become more individualized.
Once you know the song then you will know what to play in order to complement the various aspects then you are going to need to know what notes are going to go with the different type of scales that you need to concentrate on. The very first thing that you would of learned in music is your scale that goes from starting with your doe ray me?s all music including guitar basically centers around this scale so it is something that although may seem simple to you really must need to learn it properly.
Learning how to play your guitar as a solo and dramatizing your techniques is something that takes a long time to do there are many things however that are going to be able to help you along your way and this is by learning some of those special techniques.
1. One of the things you will want to learn is how to manipulate your strings by bending them in a certain way by doing this you?ll be able to hear the note that will be coming next.
2. Then you can learn a technique where you are going to string bend and release where when you do the release it goes back to where you were by this meaning the last note.
3. then you are going to have to learn to take the second note and pull it off this has to be done at a frat that is lower then the one that you are utilizing.
4. From here you can take a number of the notes and learn to do a slide taking your time doing it slowly moving up to another frat all the time that you are doing this you must stay consistent with the pressure.
5. If you take and play your first note and then take the second note by hammering it with a frat that is higher this is another technique that will individualize or dramatize your solo playing.
6. Another great technique is if you are going to utilize the bibrato here you have to do a repetition of pitch bending or you will go a little up and then back down to the pitch that you were playing at to begin with.
7. If you take your index finger and tap it on a frat that is the written one you will get a tapping technique.
8. Another technique is to take the string pick it and then quickly touch it with the thumb of your right hand just on the edge.

In the guitar playing community, there are many theories for making you a better guitar player. . Some of these ideas are only based on half truths, but much of it is based on myths more than anything else. They offer no help for the person, when they are wanting to play their guitar at a greater speed and improve their style.
One of these myths, includes the theory that when you use thick strings with high action, you will not increase your speed. The indications to this is that the string action needs to be deep utilizing thin strings.
This is only a myth, because in reality, if you have thinner strings, making the action lower, this does not allow you to perform any better or even faster. Thin strings and the lower action, will decrease the resistance during your performance.
This action will make getting to those notes easier but really doesn’t do anything for the tone of your playing and doesn’t do anything else either, for the skill and speed at which you can play. What you will be accomplishing, is to only make noise and to make it easier to make noise.
Using thin strings will not help you to become a master at playing, even if you will be playing any faster. Accuracy and clarity is what it takes to become a master at playing any instrument well and at a speedy level. This comes with lots of practice. Accuracy only comes when you have taken the time to practice every day, for many years, so if you are a beginner, then you will have a few years ahead of you, before your speed will improve greatly. If you play fast and don’t hit the right notes, then what is the point. Fast fingers will come when you have mastered the accuracy skills first. If you want to be a well-rounded player, commit to memory, the scales and chords and the position that your fingers should have on the frets. This will be slow at first. With everything you tackle in life, start slowly at first and work your way up. Some day you fly through those solos with perfection , but time will be needed to achieve this.
For aspiring guitarists, in order to improve your accuracy and speed, it helps greatly to use backing tracks. This will help you immensely, by practicing your speed and your solos and this will become very beneficial for you. Its a great learning tool to be able to take the lead playing with great backup by utilizing back tracks.
This will help you to get used to playing with other musicians, while you are developing your skills. Some day, after practicing with the backing track, you will find that there will be a time, when you will be playing with a real group of musicians and you will be thankful that you had the practice time in this way.

Benassi started his career as a DJ alongside his cousin Alle Benassi in the late 1980s in their hometown, before moving to Larry Pignagnoli’s Off Limits production studio in the mid 1990s. Benassi hit the dance floor first in 2001 with his own projects, with the single “I Feel So Fine”, released under the name KMC with vocals by Dhany, the track first stormed the charts in Italy, and after became a number one hit in the UK.
Benassy moved from MYhouse to electro, “Satisfaction”, what took Benassi’s success worldwide a year later with skilled DJs like Carl Cox, Darren Emerson, and Roger Sanchez. This reached Number 2 in the UK Singles Chart after the Ministry of Sound record company changed the original video into a video of models using power tools. Released in 2003, “Hypnotica” was Benassi’s solo debut.

Carl Cox is the first person to be named number one DJ in the world on DJ Magazine’s Top 100 DJ poll when he won in 1997. He began his career as a hardcore and acid house DJ in the 1980s and made a name for himself as the “Three Deck Wizard” in 1988.
During that year’s Second Summer of Love, he began to play on three turntables at once. He has played at clubs such as The Eclipse, Edge, Shelly’s, Sterns Nightclub, Heaven, Sir Henry’s in Cork, Angels and The Haienda.
During a gig in Venezuela in 2007 a shooting spree broke out. Four people were killed and five were injured. There is a video from the club, showing Cox’s reaction to the gunfire and the aftermath of the shooting, was posted on the Internet. Cox later made a statement on his website: He says: “I am deeply shocked and still stunned by the events of Saturday [3rd November]. My condolences go out to victims that were caught up in the horrific act that took place at this gig.
I am informed that it was gang-related, and feel so sad that anybody would act in such a manner when the event was full of 7000 people having fun. I find it such a sad moment in electronic music as this was probably one of the best set up shows I had played in South America - a sign of real progress…yet utterly hijacked by this mindless act.
Again, my heart goes out to those that have died or been injured. This is NOT what the dance scene is about and is a million miles away from what I want to do, or promote.” Albums: In 1996 At The End Of The Cliche, (edel UK Records/Worldwide Ultimatum Records), in 1999 Phuture 2000′ (edel UK Records/Worldwide Ultimatum Records), and in 2005 Second Sign Carl’s ‘Global’ radio show has now reached over 4 million listeners and is broadcast across 24 countries worldwide, making him one of the most important broadcasters on the planet.
Look out soon for the forthcoming DVD, which is an insight into Coxy’s life, following him on his travels around the world, with interviews from friends, family and industry figures along the way. The DVD will feature a full set recorded live from his sell out gig at Matter in London and promises to be an absolute must for all dance music fans. Carl Cox is truly a musical ambassador, a professional DJ since his early teens, a veteran of acid house and a champion of techno.

His real name is Alexander Paul Coe and he is born on the 4th of September in 1969, in Bangor (Wales). He is a Welsh DJ and record producer.
His career began in the late 1980s with him playing acid house dance music and became a central figure in the development and popularisation of electronic dance music. He became partners with the following DJs John
Digweed in 1993, touring internationally and producing a series of mixes. Through their track selection and mixing techniques, Sasha and Digweed were instrumental in the evolution of progressive trance and house music. Sasha became aware of electronic dance music in 1988 at The Haienda, a Manchester dance venue.
Drawn to the rough sound of acid house music and the rebellious attitude he associated with it, he visited Manchester weekly and soon moved to nearby Disley. His music is influenced by the early sound of The Haienda, and Sasha began his career playing records of the rough, danceable genre of acid house. By the early 1990s, he had moved towards a more dark European house music style, though by the time of his Shelley’s residency he had begun to experiment more with American house.
Sasha has remixed tracks for artists such as Madonna and The Chemical Brothers. His remix of Felix da Housecat’s “Watching Cars Go By” earned him a 2004 Grammy nomination.
He is back with Digweed even though frequent performing kept them apart for several years, Sasha and Digweed announced that they would reunite for a few Australian performances. In 2008, Sasha and Digweed kicked off an American tour with a performance at the Winter Music Conference. The duo played at mainly larger venues on the weekends and smaller (750-1000 people) shows on weekdays
Sasha’s remixing and production often combine electronic music genres, making it difficult for critics to pinpoint his musical style, including on his debut album of original work, Airdrawndagger.
