A hormone imbalance is most common among women because of the way their body is designed to work. In the first part of a woman’s monthly cycle the body produces estrogen, in the middle ovulation results and after ovulation the body produces progesterone in preparation to receive the egg in the event that a pregnancy occurs.
If the woman is not pregnant, she has her period, and the process of hormone fabrication begins all over again. This happens on a monthly basis. Some women do not ovulate which means estrogen is produced, but progesterone is not. The only time progesterone is produced is in preparation to receive the egg after ovulation. The lack of progesterone causes an imbalance to occur.
Something similar happens as a woman ages. Her body produces less progesterone and estrogen levels begin to rise. This type of problem may begin as soon as a girl starts her period, after a woman has her first child, after a tubal ligation or after a woman reaches a certain age. Once these hormones cause the problem, the resulting problems become a domino effect.
Too much estrogen in the body affects the brain, actually causing it to start swelling. The most common problems a woman experiences is swelling in the hands, breast tenderness, mood swings and headaches. Too much estrogen can affect the way the thyroid functions which in turn causes stress on the adrenal glands, resulting in adrenal fatigue. This can cause symptoms such as fatigue, inability to think clearly, weight gain, depression, sleep problems and a host of other problems.
The entire immune system is affected by a hormone imbalance, and in most cases, the fitness level diminishes considerably. Some women are barely able to function at all. The severe mood swings make it so that no one wants to be anywhere near them.
Very few women ever go to their doctor for a checkup when they experience problems such as these. The majority of them think it is just something women go through, or they think they are just exhausted from trying to care for their family responsibilities and work at the same time. As a result, very few of them ever find relief.
When estrogen is much higher than progesterone, the only way to balance the hormones is for the woman to take natural progesterone. If this is not done, the woman continues to experience the symptoms that lower her fitness level. When the progesterone level becomes equal to that of the estrogen, the woman will begin to get her strength back, and she will feel like a totally different person.
It is normal when a woman does not notice an immediate change after she starts using a natural progesterone cream. The change usually comes slowly over a three to four month period of time. She will know when the cream is doing its job, because her symptoms will begin to disappear, and she will begin to feel good again. She won’t have a problem thinking anymore, she will have a new outlook on life, people will enjoy being around her and she will want to do things again.
Whenever a woman starts having these symptoms she should go for a doctor visit. If for some reason she does not want to do that, she can begin using a natural progesterone cream. If she doesn’t begin to see a change in how she feels after a few months, she should definitely see her doctor, because the problem may be caused by something more serious.
Too much estrogen in the body affects the brain, causing it to swell. The most common problems a woman faces are breast tenderness, swings in mood and even weight gain. We’ve got the inside skinny on how to lose weight with fat burning foods

Deciding to start ballroom dancing? The first thing you need to do is start shopping for ballroom dance dresses.
The most important thing that you must remember when choosing ballroom dance dresses is that you should be able to move about comfortably in the selected dress. Common ballroom dance dresses for men are still, some form of a suit. It is not unusual to find men on the dance floor wearing only a shirt with a vest. Jackets and ties are appropriate but not essential. If you’re in the mood of wooing the ladies or your lady, a full suit or tuxedo does not hurt. Women’s ballroom dance dresses often differ to match the attitude of the intended dance. For instance, women might consider wearing a ball gown that flows on to the dance floor for an elaborate waltz but if the plan is to attend the more modern Latin dances, a short dress or skirt would be more appropriate. Ballroom dance partners - the man and woman - usually coordinate the colors of their ballroom dance dresses. For example, if the woman is wearing a red ballroom dance dress, the man might match her colors by wearing a red tie, red vest or even a red shirt.
The best place to look for ballroom dance dresses is probably online due to the wide selections offered by different companies in many different parts of the world. If you are looking for the best value for your money, pre-owned ballroom dance dresses are a very good option since ballroom attire can heavy on the wallet. But, if you find it impossible to locate an affordable ready-made ballroom dance dress (especially the ladies), you can opt to get it custom made from a seamstress who has practice with such projects. The experience of getting your custom-made ballroom dance dress is a fabulous extravaganza especially if it is your first.
Just as it is vital to select the most appropriate ballroom dance dress, it is of importance to choose the correct shoes as the wrong type may completely destroy your ballroom dance experience. The shoes that you wear must have leather or suede soles because these help maintain balance and since dancing more often than not involves sliding across the floor.
Finally, picking the right ballroom dress is all about attitude - attitude of the dance, attitude of the music your dancing to and of course, your own attitude.
I hope you enjoyed reading this article and found the information useful and interesting.

Going into the deepest aspects of this topic was an ease for us, the only purpose being to help you!
Scenes of Audrey Hepburn and Gregory Peck dancing elegantly across the floor in “Roman Holiday” always make me want to take up ballroom dancing. Being swept away by a gorgeous guy, led across the room in his arms feature in many romantic dreams. But like Cinderella, the right ballroom dance shoes are an extremely important part of the picture.
Ballroom dance shoes need to fit many criteria. Most importantly, they have to be comfortable. No one is capable of waltzing gracefully wearing shoes that pinch their feet. Ballroom dance shoes need to fit well and shouldn’t slip off mid-dance. Then they need to have the correct height of heels. Women’s ballroom dance shoes shouldn’t be too high, as this makes it difficult to dance confidently, and enjoy dancing. Despite the fact that ballroom dance shoes do need heels, wearing heels that are too high dramatically shortens the amount of time that they can be worn comfortably and could cause injury. The same goes for men too.|Surprisingly, this applies to men too. Men need ballroom dance shoes that have a heel as well, but anything too short or too high will only make the pair of shoes too uncomfortable for the man to dance in. As, we’ve mentioned earlier, comfort is a key factor. Whether you buy your ballroom dance shoes at a store, or get them made especially for you depends on your budget and preferences. While store bought shoes do have variety, buying them makes it more likely that you’ll purchase a common design. On the other hand, choosing to get your shoes made will give you the option of designing them to suit your fancy, and they have the added advantage of being made for your feet, literally; although this does raise their price.
When learning ballroom dancing, the dancing instructor always should make it a point to advice students on the proper kind of ballroom dance shoes they need to invest in, as after all ballroom dance shoes are an investment you make. The right ballroom dance shoes will be an added highlight to a perfect night.
