Cake decorating David Cakes invite you to HAVE YOUR YOUR OWN VERSION OF ‘FOREVER FREE’ APPEAR ON A NEW CHARITY ALBUM TO HELP RAISE £1m FOR ‘WE ARE MACMILLAN CANCER SUPPORT’ . David Cakes ‘FOREVER FREE CHARITY MUSIC PROJECT’ will feature unlimited versions of Forever Free interpreted by you , into your style of music, whether it be from Classical to Rock , Soul to Opera or Dance to Rap, etc, etc…… Each version will be made available for download with profits going to help raise much needed funds for the Macmillan nurses who care for people and their families living with cancer. Cake decorating David Cakes best buddy Liverpool vocalist Claire Lomax performs a ‘Hippy Chick’ version of Forever Free composed by David Cakes. Liverpool guitarist Tony Rubio accompanied Claire’s vocals, with David Cakes on Tambourine. David Cakes co-produced this acoustic version of ‘ Forever Free’ with Billy Kinsley (Liverpool Express / The Merseybeats. When Dave & Claire met in 2001, Dave felt that Claires strong & emotional voice was perfect for this version of the ‘Forever Free’ that he originally wrote in 1999….. In 2002 BBC Radio Merseysides Roger Phillips interviewed Claire & David Cakes about Forever Free shortly after Davids Dad Roy had sadly passed away after a long battle with Melanoma skin cancer.
